Powell, Ohio

The village of Powell strives to provide its residents and businesses services they desire. Clean and well maintained streets, parks and recreation development, and full-time police service give this growing upscale community of approximately 4,750 people a popular place to live and conduct business.
Historic town center is being revitalized to create a more attractive and pedestrian oriented downtown with a village green to host downtown events and Village Hall.
Other improvements are being made to streets, sidewalks, landscape, parks and recreation with the completion of the first phase of the North Neighborhood Park. The park includes a children's playground, basketball courts, open play areas, walkways, and a community swimming pool built by the Olentangy Swim Association. The Village adopted walkways and bikeways plan that will link all neighborhoods with the downtown area.
